    * £39.95 per room per month charge is based on 1 tenant per rented room. The only exception to this is where 2 tenants share a room and share facilities, then the charge is just £49.95 pm for the room. £39.95 represents an average 7% charge equivilent based on a room let at £575 pm.     Why do we supply Shared Goods to the Property?

    There are 3 main reasons why we do this:

  • It is an attractive proposition to prospective tenants - it can demand a higher rental income - and in some cases as much as the Fee!

  • It can prevent issues within the household between tenants (having to all chip in for things / accusations / arguments)

  • It allows us to perform Fortnightly Property inspections in a discrete manner as these occur when the goods are delivered and placed in the property.

  • Why is there no difference in Fees between 1 tenant sharing facilities / goods and 1 tenant in a self contained unit?

    Although we do not supply Shared goods to a self contained unit, the introduction of another bathroom and kitchen inevitably results in more call outs - which is why the Fee is the same.
